Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by email or through our contact form.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original packaging.
Be in the same condition as received.
Include all accessories, inserts, gifts, and promotional items that were included with the order.
Sealed Fragrance Products
Due to hygiene, quality, and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for sealed fragrance products once the protective seal has been broken after delivery.
Products with an intact seal may be returned in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The product was received damaged.
The product is defective.
An incorrect item was shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
